Reservation Procedures
It is in your best interest to reserve your room as early as possible. Booking early helps ensure you will receive your first choice room type and your preferred dates.
To make a reservation, call Hilton Hawaiian Village at 808.949.4321 or go online to book. Be sure to mention the Medical Library Association (MLA) annual meeting when you call to ensure you will receive the rates listed below. The deadline for the Hilton Hawaiian Village to receive your reservation is Friday, April 15, 2009. The hotel will ask for a one-night refundable deposit. If your plans change, notify the hotel before April 24, 2009, to avoid loss of deposit.
On the redesigned Hilton Hawaiian Village site, at the left side of the page, choose "reservations" and then "room reservations." On the new page, after entering your arrival and departure dates, scroll down the page to a section called Special Accounts. Enter “ATX” next to the Group/Convention Code, and the available MLA rates will be visible.
MLA Annual Meeting Rates
The below rates will prevail between May 13 and May 21, 2009, and are exclusive of 11.962% state and local taxes (subject to change) and any service charges. Room reservations and deposits should be received by the hotel no later than Friday, April 15, 2009, and are subject to availability within the group block. Reservation requests made after this date will be handled on a space and rate available basis.
Rates listed are single/double. Add $45 each for third and fourth guests. Children under the age of 18, traveling with their parents and staying in the same room, will not be charged when utilizing existing bedding.
Garden View: $195 plus tax
Partial Ocean View: $215 plus tax
Ocean View: $235 plus tax
Shared Billing
To facilitate more accurate billing, if you are sharing a room
and require special guest billing arrangements, be sure to indicate
this to the front desk upon check in.
Room Reservation Guarantee
A deposit totaling 1 night’s room and tax (currently 11.962%,
subject to change) is required for all reservations. You may
guarantee your reservation by providing credit card information
when registering or by mailing a check directly to the
hotel (made payable to the Hilton Hawaiian Village).
Cancellations or Changes
To cancel or adjust reservations, contact the hotel directly.
For a full deposit refund, all cancellations must be received
by the hotel before April 24, 2009.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
