Offered: Saturday, May 22, 8:00 a.m.–noon

This class will offer medical librarians an introduction to genomic medicine by defining terminology and presenting major concepts in a clear and straightforward fashion. Major information resources will be covered and specific examples from the clinical environment will be worked out step-by-step, providing medical librarians with a good foundation to offer clinical genomics information support to their users.
