Get bioinformatics in your DNA! Begin with a general introduction to molecular biology, then explore key bioinformatics resources, focusing on sources of curated data from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) and ExPASy portals. Step-by-step instructions to complete specific database searches will be provided. Finally, reflect on your library's involvement in the provision of bioinformatics services.
