One Health Resume Clinic
The MLA Professional Recruitment and Retention Committee (PRRC) is pleased to sponsor the One Health Resume Clinic for meeting attendees. This service will help improve and enhance resumes so that your best qualities and content shine through. Don’t miss this opportunity to have fresh eyes review your resume and/or cover letter. Each member will have fifteen to twenty minutes with an experienced and skilled librarian reviewer, who will critique and offer tips and advice for enhancements.
Volunteer to review resumes or sign up to have your resume reviewed. Documents for review should be sent before the meeting to Karen Liljequist, AHIP, by Wednesday, April 17, 2013. You will be contacted approximately 1–2 weeks prior to the annual meeting with your scheduled time. The resume clinic will be located next to the Job Placement Center in Room 210.
Clinic hours are:
Sunday, May 5, from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Monday, May 6, from 9:00–11:30 a.m. and 1:30–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 7, from 9:00 a.m.–noon and 1:30–5:00 p.m.
Drop-ins are welcome; however, advance registration is strongly advised. You must attend One Health to use this service. If you cannot attend the meeting and wish to have your resume reviewed, you can find a mentor at www.mlanet.org/mentor/.
