Evidence-Based Health Care in Action
EBHC Discussion Groups
To further your knowledge of evidence-based health care (EBHC), how about
forming an EBHC in Action discussion group with your colleagues? Sound
like a good idea? Organizing and conducting your own discussion group
is easy. Groups can be conducted via email or in person. Discussion Groups
are an inexpensive way to earn academy points!
To enhance your discussion group experience, you might want to invite
a clinician or EBHC expert to join some of your discussions.
EBHC Discussion Group Sample Bibliographies
To assist in the formation of EBHC in Action discussion groups,
sample bibliographies are provided at three levels: novice, intermediate
or advanced. You may use the lists provided or create your own reading
lists for your group. These sample bibliographies were compiled by Kathryn
Nesbit, Josephine Dorsch, Patricia Gallagher and Jean Sullivant with the
assistance of Ann McKibbon and Dr. Robert Mrtek.
