Question: In one sentence, describe the question, problem, dilemma, situation, event, objective, or challenge being described by the case study.
Setting: Describe the institution or location where the case occurred.
Method: Provide an outline of the strategy adopted and why these tactics were chosen. Describe any data collected.
Main results: Discuss the outcome or result, including data, if available, to support your assessment of the outcome.
Conclusion: Conclude with a summary of your accomplishment, what lessons can be learned from this case, how you would approach a similar problem again, potential applications, and recommendations for continuing or future work.
