Finance Committee

Established November 2017

The Finance Committee reviews the MLA annual budget, the performance of MLA in meeting its budgeted revenues and expenses, the audit report, MLA’s investment policy and investments, and assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities.

The Finance Committee consists of:

• the current Treasurer who will serve a chair;
• the Immediate Past President;
• the MLA Executive Director;
• the Treasurer-Elect when that position is filled;
• one or more members of the Board, for a period between one year and their time remaining on the Board;
• one member at-large, for a period not to exceed three years.
