What does the RTI offer you?
- An immersive research training experience led by expert faculty that includes a series of online learning modules and curriculum tailored to participants’ interests and skills, small-group sessions, and individual consultations with faculty
- Mentoring and coaching by faculty and peer coaches for a year
- Pre-institute preparation and assessment
- Participation in an online research community of practice that:
- Supports and encourages you in doing research
- Offers advice and guidance from peers and experts
- Keeps you informed of current research projects and grant opportunities
- An opportunity to present a research poster at the MLA annual conference.

You can submit your application now through February 18, 2025. Visit the RTI website to review eligibility requirements and selection criteria. The institute also offers scholarship opportunities for professionals, including those with limited financial resources.
